Sargies, based in North Cornwall is a small family run business making hot puddings, seasonal desserts and hand piped meringues, all made using free range eggs, with NO added preservatives or colourings, supplied to hotels and restaurants and also available to the retail and catering industry. Prior to the launch of 3 new desserts at the ExpoWest trade show, Freebird Design were commissioned to design and produce food packaging, leaflets and a banner.
